Josh Alvarez received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing from the University of South Florida School of Business. Katie Spurlin is our Media Specialist. She went to BYU Idaho where she received her Bachelor degree in Communications with an emphasis in Video Production and Visual Media. There, she met her Husband, Jeremy, and in 2018 they had their daughter Emersyn. Katie has worked several positions over the years in video and social media for USF, The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office and BYU-I. In 2020, she started her own Disney Instagram, YouTube and website (The Magical Details) where she shares tips for families visiting Disney World and selling her photography prints. She works for The Alvarez Team running our social media pages, creating mail out cards and real estate videos.
